What I did here

Provided ALARA planning and execution. Created presentations for the Station ALARA Committee (SAC) including historical work scope & dose vs current work scope & dose assessments, ALARA initiatives, lessons learned, challenges, & radiological risk. Performed dose tracking via RPMS (Radiation Protection Monitoring System) & Access database. Provided dose reports, charts and graphs. Tracked schedule, work in progress & completion of work. Provided radiological oversight for the Maintenance Support Craft & ISI/NDE work scope . Performed ALARA, RWP & High Rad briefings. Performed shielding calculations, authorizations, inventory, installation & removal. Tracked shielding installations & removal as well as dose for the shielding packages. Directed work for staff of 24 Rad Waste Technicians daily, and a staff of 188 radiological workers as BHI Energy Power Services RP Site Supervisor alternate in his absence.
