What I did here

Provided supervision and oversight of all project radiological controls and radiation protection activities, as well as implementation of all industrial safety and industrial hygiene. Ensured that the project's radiation protection staff and supporting resources were adequate for implementing the radiological control and monitoring requirements of the radiological protection plant (RPP) and maintained the exposure control records system ensuring that radiation exposures incurred were ALARA. Evaluated potential health and safety concerns, prepared hazard assessments for the activities, and trained personnel in the safe performance of these activities. Responsible for the documentation/record keeping requirements of the day-to-day activities. Also provided oversight and technical guidance for a site characterization survey, and created the report for the client. - D&D of a Plutonium/Uranium facility.
