Provided job coverage for radiological characterization in preparation for remediation. Lent health physics and environmental support for U.S. Army Center for Health Promotion and Preventive Medicine (USA CHPPM) per NUREG 5849, environmental sampling, "Geo- Probe" hydraulic push/hammer sampler support, gridding of land and buildings, scanning with Ludlum 2224 and Ludlum 2350 meters, GE Reuter -Stokes pressurized ion chamber readings, source and background check of instruments, development of QC charts, sample procurement for radiological characterization in preparation for remediation, identification of underground and under floor utilities, concrete core sampling, work place air monitoring, source checking meters, bio- assay sampling and personnel and equipment monitoring for unrestricted release.
